• Document upload notifications

Opt-In Procedures

You can opt-in to receive SMS notifications by:

• Checking the "SMS Notifications" checkbox in your account settings at servicing.shprivatelenders.com/portal/settings
• Replying START to +18474495599

The opt-in checkbox is clearly labeled "Enable SMS Notifications" and requires explicit consent. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be manually checked by the user. All opt-ins are recorded in our system database with timestamp and IP address.

Opt-Out Procedures

You can opt-out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message
• Unchecking the SMS opt-in checkbox in your account settings

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications. You may opt back in at any time using the methods described above.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. We are not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages.

TCPA Compliance

By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from SH Private Lenders. You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of receiving loan services. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preferences in your account settings.

Message frequency varies based on your loan activity and preferences. You may receive messages related to payment due dates, payment confirmations, late payment alerts, loan status changes, and document notifications.
